Optimization of a rice cooking method using response surface methodology with desirability function approach to minimize pesticide concentration

چکیده
Rice is contaminated with pesticides applied in pre and post-harvest. These contaminations could be reduced through household operations like washing cooking. Therefore, the present research, a pre-soaking rice cooking method was used to reduce residues. Response Surface Methodology Central Composite Design minimize concentration by choosing best soaking time water:rice grain relation before A quadratic polynomial equation obtained. Desirability function approach gave optimal conditions as 14 h of 3. This process allowed pesticide elimination 100.0%, 93.5%, 98.4%, 98.5%, 99.0%, 95.0%, azoxystrobin, cyproconazole, deltamethrin, epoxiconazole, kresoxim-methyl penconazole, respectively.

Optimization of the sectional wing in ground effect (WIG) has been studied using ahigh order numerical procedure and response surface method (RSM). Initially, the effects of the ground clearance, angle of attack, thickness, and camber of wing have been investigated by a high-resolutionscheme, which is highlystrong and accurate. In the numerical simulation, Normalized Variable Diagram (NVD) sche...
